Die Cutting
The die cutting technology enables us to process wide variety of soft, sealing and insulating materials up to 10mm thickness. This technology is suitable for small and large-scale cuts. The advantage is in low costs of cutting tools and high productivity of machines with the possibility to process materials in both rolls and plates. This type of production also allows maximal material utilisation even with irregular product shapes.
The cutting workshop is equipped with two semi-automatic ATOM and CHIESA lines with a cutting force of 400 and 250 kN and three manually controlled hydraulic cutting machines.
The most commonly processed materials are rubber, rubber-cork plastics, graphite, paper, textile and felt. We can apply a self-adhesive layer to all mentioned materials. We cut both small and large pieces.
