Bending and Forming
The express production workplace is equipped with CNC sheet metal bending technology using a TruBend 5170 bending press from Trumpf. Thanks to this modern technology equipped with a 5-axis stop and the possibility of bending lengths up to 3050 mm, we are able to meet the most diverse requirements of our customers in the field of piece and series production. We have a wide range of suitable bending materials in stock: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass.
Economy and quality of production is a must. The machine is equipped with the ACB Wireless automatic bending angle control system, which measures and corrects the angles using measuring inserts that are integrated into the upper tool. This system is complemented by a press backing edge that adapts to the shape of the material being bent.
